Terms of Service

Setvia is a booking platform for small service businesses, operated by an individual trading as Setvia from Morocco. We are not yet incorporated as a company. If that changes, these terms will be updated to name the entity.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Setvia is currently free to use. There is no charge, no card required, and no time limit on your access.

We intend to introduce paid plans. When we do, we will email you first and give you at least 30 days before anything is charged. You will choose whether to continue. If you decide not to, your account is paused rather than deleted, and we keep your data for 12 months so you can export it or come back.

The prices shown on our pricing page reflect what we expect to charge. They may change before then, and the same notice applies either way.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information about your business and keep it up to date, since your customers rely on it.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your logo, photos, descriptions and business details. You give us a limited licence to display that content on your business page and to operate the Service.

Bookings made through your page contain your customers' personal information. That data belongs to your customers, and you are responsible for how it is used. We store and process it on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Please do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, contains nudity or graphic violence, is illegal where you or your customers are, or promotes hatred, harassment or discrimination.

Setvia serves a wide range of legitimate small businesses — beauty, wellness, food, fitness, professional services, education and more. The categories listed below are not permitted.

We may suspend or close an account operating outside these categories. Where you have paid us anything, we will refund the current period.

Setvia uses AI to help write your business description and to generate starting templates for your own legal documents. Everything it produces is a draft. Please read it and edit it before publishing — you are responsible for what appears on your page.

AI-generated legal documents are not legal advice. For anything binding, speak to a lawyer.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep Setvia running at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or remove features. Where a change would materially affect how you use the Service, we will tell you.

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

If your account closes for any reason, we keep your data for 12 months so you can export it or reactivate, then delete it permanently.

Setvia is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
